GDPR Policy
As you are aware the new General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) changes came into effect on 25th May 2018 and provide protection in respect of the Personal Data (Including sensitive Personal Data)(as defined in the GDPR) and relating to natural persons.
As part of our business relationships, we may currently hold certain personal data relating to your business in our database.
In accordance with our obligations under the GDPR, we wish to ensure you that the Personal Data which we may hold, is carefully and securely stored and that we anticipate that it may be processed with a view only to fulfil the business relationship, our obligations in executing any contract, obligations imposed by law, or in accordance with legitimate business interests.
The personal data we anticipate we may hold consist of contact names, addresses, telephone numbers, email addresses, and job titles.
We do not share your Personal Data with third parties outside of Auto-Kit International Ltd and if there is a requirement to do so we shall ensure that we seek your explicit consent before this takes place.
We keep any personal data for the duration of our relationship with you and for up to 7 years afterwards, as necessary. However, we will continue to monitor and review our Data Protection Policies and Processes and we will delete Personal Data once it is no longer required.
